The setting of the tables with the beautiful flowers, the table numbers, the guests all said the food was good, the music was great, it was just like a dream! The champagne in the bedroom, just awesome! The service from the staff was great, we heard no complaints. Everything was perfect!

Hi, I attended Clyde and Tanita McCarthy's Wedding on Saturday the 10th September, 2011. I was so impressed with everything that you did for them to make their special day extra special, a day they will never forget. Everything was done with excellence, the layout of the Chapel where they were married and the reception room were beautifully decorated. The atmosphere, food, service and music all made it a day never to be forgotten. Well done to one and all for all your hard work. Three years ago myself and my husband had a holiday in Durban we stayed at the Blue waters Hotel. The services were go great and the staff was friendly, the reception was pleasant and very help full. We felt safe, this year we will be traveling with the Melody cruise ship to Durban. We will be staying at the Blue waters Hotel, my sister and her husband will be joining us, can't wait.

We would like to thank you for ensuring that all was in order for the wedding and literally exceeding our expectations. The pool deck looked beautiful. I thank all your staff for a job well done. The service in simple terms was excellent.

Shaun and I just wanted to let you know how special you made our wedding day and how much we appreciated your professionalism, you made our wedding so perfect. We could not have done it without you.
The Ceremony, and of course the flowers was perfect, the room (Cascades) looked BEAUTIFUL, everything happened on time, and you were always behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect for us. The quality of your ideas were inspirational, and your attention to detail just awesome.
The Reception (Pooldec) was stunning. Again, the flowers intrigued me. You are so organized, on the ball and calm. Thank you also for all of your help and advice prior to the wedding it was invaluable! The best part of having you there was peace of mind knowing we could relax and enjoy our day, while being confident that everything would be as planned. That was priceless!
You were INCREDIBLE. I can't thank you enough for coordinating our wedding Saturday 17 August 2013. I couldn't be happier with the way the wedding turned out and am so glad we decided to have you for the whole planning period. You made our evening effortless and allowed us to focus on friends, family and fun.

I have, over the past few years, been a guest at a few Durban hotels but I can say without a doubt that the service and professionalism at the Blue Waters Hotel has been top notch. From the moment I had arrived, the service at reception was speedy and efficient, my room was immaculate and spaceous and your staff were pleasantly helpful and grounded. I have been raving about your hotel to all my close friends and family during my stay and will continue to do so well after my stay. I know for sure where I will be staying during my next trip to Durban. Keep up the amazing service and standard.

I booked four rooms for 4 couples from 08 August 2012 to 11 August 2012 and believe me, we had a brilliant time with Blue waters hotel, perfect holiday for us. You made our holiday to be memorable, I'm definitely sure that I will come back again with other members of my family.

Stayed from Feb 26 to March 06 2013. Had a great stay with absolutely no complaints from the clean fresh room to the superb Breakfasts.
The Outdoor bar area with Pizza oven is a really nice area to chill which I did every afternoon. The hotel is in a great location right on the Beachfront. And ALL of the Staff were very friendly and helpful. What more can you ask. I will definitely be making the Blue Waters my first choice when staying in Durban.
