We stayed in the hotel from the 4/11/12 to the 09/11/12 and what a pleasant surprise to hear that we have been upgraded to a suite as this was our 1 year wedding anniversary we celebrated! I would like to thank you very much for making my son's wedding such a memorable one. From when we first visited your hotel and saw Colleen and Gerald - all the help and advice we got from them. We had the ceremony there and of course the reception. Everything was perfect, every little detail was taken care of.
The staff serving at the reception were so very polite and helpful. The functions coordinators were on hand throughout the evening, very dedicated indeed. The decor was absolutely stunning. Looked like we had walked into a dreamland. The food was so absolutely wonderful. Thank you to your kitchen staff and compliments to the chef/s. What supposed to be hot was hot - not just warm but hot.
Even your staff at the front desk were so very helpful.

On the Sunday, my husband and I joined the newlyweds for breakfast. What a breakfast! Delicious.

What more can I say but thank you, thank you, thank you - to all your staff for their input in making this day so special.

Following a great stay in your hotel for my first Comrades Marathon in 2011, I returned once more for my second Comrades in June 2012.
I cannot praise the staff at the Blue Waters too highly & chose to eat all my evening meals in the restaurant which like on my previous visit, offered a wide choice of excellent food.
Once again, every member of staff I encountered were very friendly, and extremely helpful.
I cannot praise this hotel too highly.
